Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Please take your time to read all the participation terms and conditions before signing up for any of our sports activities, experiences, or acquiring any of our products.

Participation Agreement Acceptance: These General Conditions must be accepted by the Participant (YOU) at the time of creating an account, acquiring one of our Products and/or making use of an Experience.

The term "Tazuz" or "us" or "we" refers to the Tazuz Organization and its representatives. The term "you" refers to the participant/customers or anyone other than Tazuz who uses our platforms, purchases or acquires any product offered by us.

Compliance with Rules and Instructions

You acknowledge that you must accept these General Conditions upon creating a Tazuz account, acquiring any of Tazuz's Products and/or participating in an Experience.

You agree to fully comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Tazuz and its employees during the activities. You understand that you need to comply to avoid exclusion from the activities without any right to a refund.

The Tazuz App

All registrations to Tazuz activities take place through the Tazuz App at members.tazuzsports.com. Register for your activity in under 3 minutes: create your account once and join your favorite activities in seconds, every time.

With your Tazuz account you can:

  • Register for courses, academies and activities in your city.
  • Register a team as captain, or join an existing team in an active league, in one step.
  • Register with your partner for day tournaments.
  • Access Tazuz events on your campus, exclusive for university students.
  • Pay securely online and use promo codes.
  • Keep your profile, documents and activity history in one place, so you never fill the same form twice.

1. Your Tazuz Account

1.1. To register for any Tazuz activity, league, tournament, course or team, including free ones, you must first create a personal account in the Tazuz App.

1.2. Each person may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

1.3. To create an account, you will be asked for your full name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram username, date of birth, country of birth, ID/passport number, status in Israel (foreign resident, born in Israel, or new immigrant, with your aliyah date), a profile photo and a document showing your personal health insurance coverage, and to accept these terms. These are required to identify you, to confirm that you are eligible to take part in sports activities, and to contact you about your activities. Without them, we cannot register you.

1.4. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date, and for keeping your password confidential. You may sign in with an email and password or with your Google account. Activity carried out from your account is considered your own.

1.5. Tazuz may suspend or block an account, and refuse new registrations from it, in cases of false information, unpaid debts, misconduct as described in these terms, or misuse of the platform. Suspension does not cancel amounts already owed.

1.6. You may ask us at any time to close your account and delete your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some records, such as payment records, must be kept for the period required by law.

Registration Procedure

Creating a Tazuz account is not a registration. To take part in any activity, including free ones such as joining an existing team, you must select and register for that specific activity, team or group in the Tazuz App. Players who are not registered may not be allowed to participate.

Age Requirements

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age. "You declare that you are 18 years old or older."
  • Participants aged 17 may participate only with the written authorization of a parent or legal guardian, which must be sent to Tazuz before the activity starts. The parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the participant.
  • Tazuz verifies the age of participants manually and may request proof of age at any time.
  • Only official identifications such as Passports, driver's licenses, or government-issued identification cards will be accepted as proof of age. Unacceptable identifications include photocopies, student cards, or non-government-issued identification.

Payment Before Participation

Tazuz will reject the participation of those participants, teams, or individuals who have not paid the participation fee in full before the activity starts. No exceptions will be made. Individuals, teams, or participants classified as debtors for failing or refusing to comply with payment terms may be placed on a "no-participation list" until the outstanding cost is covered. Being on this list prohibits participation in any of our activities.

1. Courses & Academies

The registration process will be understood as done/effective as soon as the following registration steps are complete:

  • Complete the registration in the Tazuz App in full.
  • Pay the participation fee in full. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.
  • Receive confirmation from Tazuz.

Participation is only confirmed once full payment is received in NIS (New Israeli Shekel, ₪).

Spots will not be held without payment. In the Tazuz App, payments are made by credit or debit card (national and international Visa and Mastercard, and other cards accepted by our payment provider). Other payment methods, such as bank transfer, BIT, PayBox or cash, are accepted only with prior approval from Tazuz. Please note that not all activities support all payment methods.

All participation, cancellation, and general terms apply to all payment methods. Cash payments are accepted up to 72 hours before the activity begins.

2. Sports Leagues

The registration process will be understood as done/effective as soon as:

  • The Team's Captain completes the team registration in the Tazuz App. He/she is acting as the team's representative.
  • The captain will receive an email and will be responsible for asking the rest of the team to register as team members in the Tazuz App.
  • Registering your team requires a deposit. The deposit amount for each league is shown in the Tazuz App before payment. The deposit is non-refundable if the team cancels 72 hours or less before the league starts.

Each team member must complete the team member registration in full before the league's start date. Joining a team is free, but registration is mandatory. Our staff will ensure the process is completed.

  • Captains are responsible for collecting and paying the team's participation fee. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on our website, app, and registration forms.
  • Captains must make a single payment. (One-transaction)
  • Our Staff will get in touch to confirm participation.
  • The team fee remains the same regardless of the number of people, including substitutes.
  • All players participating in the league must complete the team member registration, including one-time substitutes.
  • Teams paying in cash have until one day before the league starts to make the full payment, which must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
  • Tazuz does not and will not accept coins.
  • If the team is paying in cash and for some reason never shows up, or there is any amount of money missing, this responsibility will fall on the team captain, and he/she will be responsible for any/all charges that are unpaid. In addition, the team will not be allowed to compete on that day. If the payment is still missing one day before the date of the second match, then the team will be disqualified without any refund.

3. Day Tournaments and Registering Other Participants

3.1. In day tournaments, one player registers the pair and pays for both. Your partner must already have a Tazuz account.

3.2. When you register a team (as captain) or a partner, you confirm that you have their permission to register them and to share their details with Tazuz.

3.3. Every player, including partners and substitutes, must have their own Tazuz account and accepts these terms personally. The activity will also appear in your partner's activity history, and your partner will receive the registration confirmation by email.

3.4. The person who pays is responsible for the payment and for the cancellation terms of the whole registration.

4. Tazuz for Universities

4.1. University activities are exclusive for active students of the participating universities. To join, you will be asked once for your university, field of study, year and proof of student status (student ID number or student certificate).

4.2. Student certificates are stored privately and used only to verify your student status.

4.3. Each student is registered under one university. Tazuz may remove student status if it cannot be verified.

4.4. University activities may be free or paid and may have a limited number of spots. When the limit is reached, registration closes automatically.

Payments

1. Online Payments

1.1. Online payments in the Tazuz App are processed by our payment provider, PayMe Ltd., an Israeli payment service provider. Tazuz does not receive or store your full card details. You can read PayMe's privacy policy at payme.io/privacy.

1.2. Purchases may carry additional charges depending on the payment method. Paying by credit card includes an additional charge to cover internal processing costs. The total amount to be paid, including any additional charges, is shown to you before you confirm the payment.

1.3. Your registration is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms that the payment was successful. If a payment is declined, you are not registered.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

2.1. Some activities may be charged monthly by automatic credit card debit ("monthly subscription"). This is clearly indicated before payment.

2.2. The first charge is made on the day you register (if you register on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, the first charge is made on the 1st of the following month), and the following charges are made every month until the subscription is cancelled under these terms and applicable law.

2.3. To cancel a monthly subscription, follow the steps described under "How to cancel" in the Cancellation Terms.

3. Promo Codes and Coupons

3.1. Promo codes are issued by Tazuz, apply only to the specific activities they were created for, and may have a usage limit. Tazuz may deactivate a promo code at any time. A code is validated when you pay and may be rejected if it is no longer active or has reached its limit.

3.2. Only one promo code may be used per purchase. Promo codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used for university activities.

3.3. Fixed-price promo codes cannot be used for activities with automatic monthly payments.

3.4. A registration made with a 100% promo code (free registration) is subject to all these terms, including cancellation terms and the obligation to attend.

3.5. Tazuz may cancel a promo code that was obtained or used in breach of these terms.

Cancellation Terms

How to cancel. Cancellations must be sent in writing, by email to accounts@tazuzsports.com or by WhatsApp message to +972 58-535-2338, so that there is a record of the request. You may also cancel by phone, exclusively with Eitan, Head of Activities at Tazuz. After the call, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation in writing through one of the channels above. The date and time the written message is received is the date and time used to apply these cancellation terms.

1. Courses & Academies

  • Cancellations made one week or more before the activity start date will result in a full refund. This also enables you to request a credit note.
  • Cancellations made within one week of the activity start date will result in a charge of 50% of the course or academy fee. The remaining 50% can be requested as a refund or a credit note.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the start of the course or academy will result in a full charge, with no refund or credit. Tazuz reserves the right to evaluate exceptional cases and apply any necessary sanctions/resolutions. The final decision will rest with Tazuz representatives.
  • No refunds/makeup classes will be issued to participants who: Miss a class for any reason, or voluntarily choose to withdraw from an activity after it has started.

Make-up classes

  • Tel Aviv Tennis Course: One (1) make-up class will be provided every three (3) months, scheduled according to the criteria described in this document.
  • Jerusalem Tennis Course: One (1) make-up class is subject to the provider’s availability and available space.
  • Herzliya Tennis Course: No make-up classes are available, based on the provider’s policy.
  • Beach Volleyball Academy (Tel Aviv and Herzliya): Make-up classes are subject exclusively to the provider’s availability and space.

2. Sports Leagues

  • Cancellations made one week or more before the activity start date will result in a full refund.
  • If a team cancels within one week of the activity start date, they will be charged 50% of the league fee, or may find an approved replacement to avoid the charge.
  • If a team cancels 72 hours or less before the activity begins, they will still be required to pay the full amount. No full or partial refunds will be granted. Tazuz reserves the right to decide and apply any necessary sanctions/resolutions. Its representatives hold the final decision.
  • Teams that voluntarily leave the league after it has started are not entitled to any refund.
  • If a team misses a match for any reason on their own terms, there are no refunds or make-up games for that team.
  • If Tazuz incurs any costs due to a team’s absence (such as court rental, referee fees, or similar charges), the resulting amount will be billed to the captain of the team.
  • Some of our leagues require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event of a non-opening, Tazuz will refund 100% of the participation fee and give priority to affected participants for future activities.

3. Day Tournaments, Cups and One-Time Events

These terms also apply to other single-date events. University activities are usually free; when a university activity is paid, these terms apply to it as well.

  • Cancellations made one week or more before the event will result in a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit note.
  • Cancellations made within one week of the event will result in a charge of 50% of the fee. The remaining 50% can be requested as a refund or a credit note.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the event will result in a full charge, with no refund or credit.
  • In day tournaments, the registration covers the pair. If one player cancels, the pair's registration is cancelled, unless the pair finds a replacement approved by Tazuz.
  • For free events, please let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend, so your spot can go to someone else.

4. Entry Cards

  • Entry cards (such as multi-session surf cards) may be cancelled under the Courses & Academies terms above until the first session is used.
  • Once a session has been used, the remaining sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note.

Exceptional Circumstances & Rescheduling

In cases of extreme weather, war-related issues, or government restrictions or directives, Tazuz may temporarily put on hold activities with the intention of rescheduling them at a later date/s. Such a "hold" is not considered a cancellation, and participants or teams will not be entitled to a refund or credit due to the "on hold" period. Tazuz will inform participants of the expected end date of the hold.

Tazuz is subject to the participation and cancellation policies of its third-party providers (e.g., facilities, sports instructors, or external service companies). Therefore, any rescheduling depends not only on our internal decisions but also on the terms and availability set by these providers.

While Tazuz will always make a good-faith effort to consider the interests of the majority of participants, this does not imply an obligation to meet individual requests or preferences. Tazuz retains full control over new dates, locations, and formats for the rescheduled activity.

If a participant/team cannot attend the rescheduled session/dates, no refund, credit, or additional make-up class/game day will be offered.

Refund & Credit Notes Policy

If a participant or team is eligible for a full or partial refund, they must request it privately, following the policies and conditions outlined:

  • Approval Required: All refunds must be approved in writing by one of our representatives, by email or WhatsApp.
  • Confirmation Processing Email: You will receive a confirmation email from accounts@tazuzsports.com once your refund has been processed.
  • Processing Time: Refunds follow a Net+10 policy. This means your refund will be processed at the end of the month in which it is approved, plus 10 days. Payments are made on the 10th of each month. Please keep this in mind when expecting your refund.
  • Once a refund is issued, our payment provider processes it within 2-3 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer, and may extend to your next billing cycle.
  • Internal Credit Card Processing Fee: If you paid by credit card, the internal credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit note.

As an alternative to a refund, participants may choose to request a credit note for the full, partial, or remaining value of their ticket. This option is subject to the following conditions:

  • The full, partial, or remaining amount paid will be retained as credit.
  • Participants or teams can use the credit in all the authorized activities provided by Tazuz, Shops & Gift Cards purchasing.
  • Some activities require a minimum number of participants to run. If an activity does not open, the credit will be extended for up to the next cycle. (e.g., if a course runs monthly and does not open the upcoming month, the credit will be valid for the next available opening).
  • Once a credit note is issued, it cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.
  • If the credit note is used for an activity of a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or carried over. Participants may pay the difference if the new activity has a higher cost.
  • Credit notes are valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of issue.
  • Credit notes are transferable to another participant, provided the original holder authorizes the transfer via email. The new participant will inherit the same terms, conditions, and expiration date as the original holder.
  • Any penalties applied or amounts resulting from the application of a penalty cannot be requested as credit notes or future credits. Once transferred, the original holder waives any claim on the credit note.

6. Health Concerns and Class Misses
6.1. If a participant needs to miss a class due to a health concern, a formal letter addressing the issue must be provided. However, this does not entitle the participant to a refund, a make-up class, or a game day.

7. Medical Emergency and Ambulance
7.1. In the event of injury or medical emergency, if a participant requests an ambulance, they are responsible for covering any associated costs. Tazuz will not be liable for ambulance fees or medical expenses.

You may also stop receiving promotional messages at any time, free of charge, by replying "STOP" to our messages or by writing to accounts@tazuzsports.com. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not stop essential messages about registrations you have made, such as confirmations, schedule changes and payments.

4. Liability for Violations
Acts of violence, including but not limited to racism or sexual harassment, are illegal and punishable under the law. We disclaim liability for any such acts and reserve the right to suspend, expel, or fine participants involved in such behavior. Suspensions or expulsions are not eligible for a refund.

Tazuz will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.

16. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

17. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and Tazuz, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.
